Iran Declares It May Return to American Atomic Talks provided that Approached with 'Dignity' and 'Honor'

Tehran is ready to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations produced results, and revealed new appeals had been made by mediators to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He asserted Iran did not have secret atomic facilities, and Tehran could not yet allow the global atomic watchdog to visit struck enrichment centers for safety concerns.

Afterward, Western states used their authority to reimpose UN-wide sanctions, but Iran maintains they have not had a significant effect.

Perfect Agreement Proposed

Tehran representatives said they felt they had achieved a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was decided an domestic cooperative with American involvement could process nuclear material. Both sides would have been able to declare success since local refinement would have persisted and the US could be assured that Iran's atomic project was entirely non-military.

It had not been agreed in the talks that US nuclear scientists could operate within Iranian territory, but that was a logical implication of the partnership suggestion. Representatives claimed repeatedly they had reached agreement with Washington's diplomat Steve Witkoff only for the deal to disintegrate due to "detractors in America".

Existing Situation

The Iran's state department has been criticized of passivity in the face of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Iran states diplomacy is not part of a show.

Negotiating Standpoint

In his speech to the forum, intended to portray the US as a controlling nation that misuses the notion of global regulations, Araghchi declared the two-week conflict showed the clash could not be settled by military means. He stated the attacks commenced with a American requirement for an unconditional Iranian surrender and culminated with an absolute demand for a ceasefire.

In what is characterized by Tehran representatives as the struggle of recovery and recovery, the foreign minister said he was confident Iran's security strengths "have significantly improved than prior to 13 or 14 June of this year.
